What Payment Service Do We Use?
Travel Masters accepts three method of payment via (1) Interswitch Online Payment, (2) Direct Bank Deposit or (3) Paypal Online Payment. .
1. Interswitch Online Payment
Travel Masters Nigerian customers or international customers with a Nigerian credit/debit card can pay us online using our Nigerian Payment Service Provider Partner Interswitch one of Nigeria's leading Payment Service Provider (PSP). Interswitch handles online payment for most embassies in Nigeria, airlines, schools, governement departments, banks and online retail company. So shop with confidence knowing that you are using the very best in online payment service.
2. Bank Transfer/ Direct Bank Deposit
Customer without a credit/debit cards can choose to pay directly into any of our Nigerian bank accounts by direct deposit. Travel Masters maintain multiple currnecies account in Naira/USD/GBP/EUR with a number of Nigerian Banks that includes:
- Gurantee Trust Bank (GT Bank),
- Zenith Bank,
- First Bank,
- Equitorial Trust Bank and
- Diamond Bank nationwide.
Customers should make their booking as usual and at the end of the booking process select "Bank Transfer" as their option of payment and our bank account details will be displayed to you once you click on "Proceed To Pay". You can then walk into any branch of your preferred bank and make payment to us in the amount shown on your invoice. Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you after we comfirm your payment.
3. PayPal Online Payments
Travel Masters customers (irrespective of country) that have a credit/debit card can choose to pay using PayPal even if they don't have a paypal account. PayPal processess transactions for 230 million people in 190 countries and region worldwide. PayPal also uses Verisign SSL certificates and some of the best known companies in the world like DELL, TOYS 'R' US, SOUTHWEST.COM AIRLINE, BUY.COM, EBAY, McAFee, NAPSTER, TIME, VIRGIN MOBILE , SKYPE amongst others uses PayPal as their prefered payment partner. You can pay Travel Masters through Paypal using Verve, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, Dinners, JCB and any other major credit or debit card worldwide.

Travel Masters further give assurance to our customers when making a reservation through us or any of our affiliate partners. We guarantee that every transaction made through our server is 100% safe and under our guarantee. You will be reimbursed for the first NGN12,500/€69.58/€50.10 should your credit card be misused or abused. Legally, the credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.

In addition to our guarantee, all the major credit card companies, along with IBM, Netscape Communications, and many others, are committed to the continued development of open standards in order to further improve the security of online transactions. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your credit or debit card issuer in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Who do we Share your Information with?
Like any company selling online worldwide, Travel Masters may share your information with other members of the Texxon Group of Companies, for internal management and administration purposes in order to improve our services to you. We may also share your information with certain reputable third parties like the hotels etc in order to be able to fulfil your booking requests or other orders in order so that we can provide a professional service to you. There is the possibility that we could go into a merger or be acquired by another business. If this happens, we may share the information that relates to you that we hold. We will however notify you should this happen.
Your right to request what information we hold about you
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold relating to you. This right is known as a subject access request. To carry out a subject access request you must write to our corporate headquarters at Travel Masters, Texxon House, Osayaba ogiamen Drive, Sangotedo, Lekki, Lagos - Nigeria requesting a copy of the information we hold about you. Please include your full name and address, together with any information to assist us in identifying you, for example, your names, customer numbers or booking reference, email etc. You must be as specific as possible about the information you require. You must also enclose a cheque or banker's draft for N2,500/£14.92/€20.88/$27.83, which is the fee we are entitled to charge you to covers our general administrative costs. We will respond to your request promptly and in any case within 40 days, provided you have paid this fee and have provided us with enough information to enable us to identify you. We will contact you if we require any additional information to enable us to process you subject access request.
