Q. What currency does Travel Masters accept?
A.

We accept Nigerian Naira (NGN), US Dollars (USD), British Pound Sterling (GBP) and European Euro (EUR) either through Interswitch, Paypal or by Direct Bank Deposit at any branch of the following banks:

- Guarantee Trust Bank

- Diamond Bank Plc

- First Bank Plc

- Zenith Bank

- Equitorial Trust Bank

**Please note: You must select your preferred currency during your booking and pay in that currency. If you select "Bank Transfer", as your method of payment, our account numbers will be displayed to you at the end of the booking process. You can either print this page or write down our account number and booking reference which must now be taken to the bank to make payment. Please make sure you state your name and the booking reference number starting with "TE" clearly on your deposit slip.

 
Q. In what currency will Travel Masters charge my credit or debit card.?
A.

If you select Interswitch as your preferred payment option then your debit card will be charged in Naira. However, if you select Paypal or Credit Card as your payment method, the Naira, USD or Euro equivalent will be converted to British Pound Sterling and your debit or credit card will be charge in British Pound Sterling.

**Note: If you preferred to pay in Naira then on the last page where it says , "Select Currency of Payment" please choose Naira from the drop down menu and then in the "Payment Option" box towards the bottom of the page tick on  "Interswitch" or "Bank Transfer" as your preferred "Payment Option". " Please note that if you select USD,  GBP or EURO then allow for exchange rate fluctuations.

 
Q. Can I cancel or amend my reservation?
A.

Hotels can be cancelled or modified in accordance with each property's cancellation policy. Some hotels impose one or two night's penalty if cancelled too close to consumption date i.e. before your scheduled check-in date. Other discounted hotels like  charge a small  fee irrespective of when the modification or cancellation is requested.

Also note that some accommodation do not allow a modification once booked. In such cases you would only be able to cancel the original booking. Once you recieve confirmation of the cancellation in writing from Trave Masters you can then proceed to make a new booking of your choice. Please note that cancellation penalties as explained above apply.  

 
Q. Is the hotel I just booked confirmed?
A.

(a) Yes, confirmation is instant if you pay by credit or debit card via Interswitch or Paypal.

(b) No, If you choose to pay via bank transfer, your booking is reserved only and would be confirmed once you make payment into our bank account nationwide. (Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delay in payment that leads to other customer booking the same room you've just reserved. Remember the same hotel rooms are being booked not just in Nigeria but by travellers from all parts of the world so availability can sometimes change from minute to minute).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Customers should note that the quickest way to get their hotel booking confirmed instantly is to pay by credit or debit card or to pop into our office and pay by cash where we can book your hotel room for you in less than 5 minutes.

 
Q. When will I receive my booking confirmation voucher?
A.

For Payment By Debit or Credit Card: You will get your booking confirmation voucher instantly sent  to you via email immediately at the completion of your booking.

For Bank Transfer Payments: You will get your booking confirmation voucher sent  to you via email only after we confirm your payment through any of our bank account.

*If you did not receive your confirmation email, we recommend that you check the Spam folder in your email to ensure that your confirmation email was not auto-filtered to your spam folder. Additionally, you may want to add TravelMastersng.com to your “allowed” senders list so that we can send you confirmation emails and information regarding your future bookings.

NOTE: You can always print a copy of your booking from your Member Login Area when you log in with your email and password

 
Q. Do I need to reconfirm my booking before arrival?
A.

No, this is not necessary. You do not have to spend any money to call the hotel in the US, Europe, Dubai or any other part of the world for that matter to reconfirm your booking. Yourhotel accommodation has been taken care of by TravelMasters on your behalf before arrival. All you need to do is present your voucher at the Reception Desk of the hotel you've booked anywhere in the world and you will be taken to your room. 

Note: Just like your flight ticket, do not forget to take a print out of your booking confirmation voucher with you when travelling.

 
Q. Can I contact the hotel before I book online?
A.

No, we cannot provide contact details before you book. Once you book we provide you with address, telephone , fax, email and web address of your hotel of choice. All the hotel information you would normally need before making an informed choice of what hotel to book is available from each hotel page on our website.
